CONS: Screen uniformity (inherent in most edge lit LED models)
This Sharp LED tv is an awesome set. Ankle Boots set has the Quattron technology that adds the colour yellow to the RGB spectrum. I even have noticed that the colours are sharper and additional vibrant. Purists can tell you there's no advantage to adding a further color to the RGB spectum. All i do know is I will clearly see the benefits in overall skin tone color, background colours, and that i even noticed additional intense eye colours on actors! one thing I never noticed before on my plasma or commonplace LCD. I previously owned the Samsung 55C7000 set, however was turned off by its screen uniformity problems and ""flashlighting"". Ankle Boots set will exhibit some screen uniformity problems, however none to the degree of the new Samsung edge lit model I previously owned.
I found these calibration settings on the 'net' and that they extremely facilitate dial within the Sharp's colours. i will be able to share them here:

These settings are a good, and to a small degree tweaking to your liking can have you ever viewing your Sharp in a very whole new way!
